Axxsys have in conjunction with a number of SimCorp clients introduced a service which focuses on the post-implementation support of the application for clients. Maintaining a business critical application such as SimCorp Dimension is an ongoing process in which clients need to streamline the usage of the application, upgrade the system, take on new funds, as well as train new staff.

The service is based on our Operational Service model, but is tailored to suit the SimCorp Dimension client base. Axxsys realise that SimCorp clients need different types of skill sets at different times to support the ongoing usage of the application. Obtaining and retaining the appropriate level of expertise as and when needed, as well as planning for major or minor changes has proven to be a challenge for many clients.

We have therefore found that creating a specialist pool of SimCorp consultants with different areas of expertise, is a cost efficient and useful service to the SimCorp Dimension client base. The consultancy skill sets cover SimCorp Business Consultants with general asset management proficiency as well as Front office/Middle Office and Back office expertise and Technical SimCorp Consultants, with reporting and integration skill sets.

If required, Axxsys will undertake a SWOT Analysis at the beginning of our engagement, to identifying Strengths and Weaknesses in your current implementation and usage of SimCorp Dimension, from the perspective of your business needs.

Axxsys Consulting have a partnership agreement with SimCorp and regularly send our consultants on SimCorp accredited courses, to enhance the level of specialisation of our staff. The Axxsys Operational Service model is not an alternative to the support provided by the client’s vendor maintenance contract.
